The American Pickers came to pick in America's oldest city.
On Monday, Jan. 14, the popular History Channel’s show American Pickers was in town. The Pickers producer has been working with the St. Augustine Flea Market to find leads on vendors or treasure hunters who may have a “Honey Hole”, a term for the ideal environment for Mike and Frank to pick for treasures.
The gang chose to pick The Lyons Maritime Museum, a private museum owned by Leon Lyons. The museum is located at the corner of King St. and Charlotte St.
American Pickers, Mike and Frank, are shown in photos with John Gravesen, manager of the St. Augustine Flea Market.
This episode of American Pickers is scheduled to air in late April.
